Own Adferry's biggest CTV and OTT relationships — major streamers, FAST platforms, and premium broadcasters. Shape the commercial structure of multi-year partnerships and represent Adferry at the senior-most level.
Run the DSP integration pipeline — scope new integrations, coordinate between commercial and engineering teams, and drive deals from first conversation to live spend. Deep familiarity with the DSP landscape expected.
Own the day-to-day relationship with our largest publisher accounts. Drive adoption, revenue growth, and strategic expansion. Be the publisher's internal voice — bringing feedback to product and escalating issues to the right person quickly.
Manage agency and holding-company relationships across the Americas. Coordinate planning, launch, mid-flight optimization, and QBRs. Fluency with agency workflows, trading desks, and multi-brand reporting is a must.
Drive customer health, retention, and expansion across our SaaS book. Partner with product on onboarding, usage patterns, and upsell motions. Comfort with technical customers and a bias to unblock, not escalate, is the difference-maker here.
Build and lead the global ad-ops function — campaign delivery, yield operations, quality and integration support. Hire, set standards, and define the operational playbook Adferry runs on. Reports to the CEO.
Own campaign launch, pacing, and delivery across our advertiser book. Work cross-functionally with account management, solutions, and trading. Senior experience across the full programmatic campaign lifecycle and strong QA instincts required.
Sit on the yield desk and steer our largest publishers' monetization. Tune strategies, analyze demand mix, run experiments, and surface findings back to product. Deep programmatic yield intuition and comfort with dashboards expected.

Senior technical leadership on the core ad server. Shape the architecture, set the quality bar, and mentor the broader engineering team. Deep experience building and operating low-latency, high-throughput production systems required.
Own the reliability of the auction platform. Set SLOs, build observability, drive incident response, and raise the operational bar across the infrastructure. Real SRE experience at scale — not just DevOps — expected.
Own the product roadmap for the Adferry ad server. Partner with engineering, solutions, and customers to shape what ships next. Strong judgment on sequencing, clear writer, and comfortable owning complex B2B product surfaces.
